Missed today. Feel like I’ve undone the whole thing.
I get that. You logged three weeks straight before this one though, so one miss doesn’t undo it. Two in a row is where it starts to.
Lower body tomorrow. If it’s still a bad day, do the first ten minutes and stop. That still counts.

Two people need you. The other twelve are fine.

That's the morning. Who needs you, who's fine, before anyone gets close to quitting.

23:04, a Tuesday

Members message it at 11pm. It answers like you.

Your rules, your programme, your way of saying it. You read every word next morning, and you can step into any thread.

Drafts, not decisions

Nothing changes a member's plan without you.

Member questions get answered on the spot. Programmes, check-ins and anything that changes someone's plan arrive as drafts, and you approve them.

What your clients get

They get an app. Not a PDF and a group chat.

Their own coach, trained on you, that knows their numbers and their history. Habits they tick off. A minute of reflection at the end of the day. A wall where wins get seen. You see all of it.

  • Answers from their real numbers, not generic advice
  • Streaks and habits that get counted
  • It messages them first, on Telegram, at times they pick
  • Everything it remembers about them, visible and editable

The numbers

You stop guessing what the month did.

A package paid up front is not a month of revenue. A tracker that pretends otherwise makes a bad month look fine, and you find out months later. This one spreads a package across its term, counts an instalment as the amount that landed, and tells you who is up for renewal before the date, not after the payment fails.

Why this exists

I built this because the admin nearly made me quit coaching.

A year and a half on the gym floor. Programmes in Sheets, check-ins wherever the member liked texting, payments chased by hand. The coaching worked. The running of it didn’t. So I built the tool I couldn’t buy.

How it starts

Three steps. The first one is an email.

Step one
Leave your email

Workspaces open in small batches. The invite comes to you.

Step two
Bring your roster

It learns your programmes and how you write to people.

Step three
Open it on Monday

One screen tells you who needs you. Worst case, you keep the spreadsheet.

Make it real.

Your roster, your voice, one screen.

Before you ask

The things coaches ask me first.

Does the agent message my members on its own?

Member questions get answered on the spot, in your voice, and you read every word next morning. Anything that changes someone's plan arrives as a draft you approve. Programmes, check-ins and plan changes all wait for you.

Will it sound like me?

You teach it your programmes, your rules and how you write. It learns from your own messages, and you check its work before it matters. If a reply is off, you say what's wrong once and it stays fixed.

What if my members don't want to talk to an AI?

Then they talk to you, the way they do now. The agent answers at 11pm so nobody sits in silence overnight, and you step into any thread whenever you want. Members who prefer waiting for you can wait for you.

I only have a few clients. Is it too early?

If you coach real people, it's not too early. The morning screen is useful at three members, and the agent saves you the most time exactly when you're doing everything yourself. Waiting until you're drowning is an expensive lesson.

What happens to my spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads?

They move in. Your programmes, your members and their history come over during setup, and members check in inside the app instead of six different chats. You keep the spreadsheet as a backup for as long as you want. Most coaches stop opening it within a month.

Is my client data safe?

Your keys are encrypted, and they are only unlocked at the moment a message is sent. One coach's roster cannot be reached from another coach's workspace. That does not change as more coaches join.

What if I want to leave and take my stuff?

You export it. Your members, their history and your material are yours, and you export it yourself instead of asking anyone. The spreadsheet you kept as a backup still opens.

How do I get access?

Leave your email on the front page. Workspaces open in small batches so each coach gets set up right, and the invite comes to you. Worst case, you stay on the list and keep the spreadsheet.

What does it cost?

Pricing comes with your invite. It's priced for coaches with real clients, not for enterprises, and there's no card needed to join the list.

A coaching platform for fitness coaches with real clients

MethodCue is an online coaching platform for fitness coaches, personal trainers and transformation coaches. It is for people who already coach and are tired of running it across five apps. It holds your members, their programmes, their check-ins and their payments in one workspace. On top of that sits an AI agent you train on your own writing.

The agent answers member questions the way you would, drafts weekly check-ins, and flags who is slipping before they disappear. It never invents a programme change on its own. Anything that changes a member's plan is drafted for you to approve, so the coaching stays yours.

It works for online coaching, for an in-person book moving online, and for rosters that are a bit of both. If your programme delivery lives in spreadsheets and your check-ins live in chat apps, this replaces both.
